By using TrackGuess, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use TrackGuess.

2. Purpose of TrackGuess

TrackGuess allows users to generate blind test cards from public Spotify playlists by entering a valid Spotify playlist URL.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid Spotify playlist URL.
• You agree not to misuse TrackGuess for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Spotify’s Terms of Service.

4. Daily Generation Limit

To ensure fair usage, TrackGuess limits users to a maximum of 10 card generations per day. This limit is tracked per user account or per device if using as a guest. Attempts to exceed this limit will be blocked until the next day.

5. Intellectual Property

TrackGuess does not claim ownership of the music content retrieved from Spotify. All tracks, names, albums, and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Third-Party Services

TrackGuess interacts with the Spotify Web API. Your use of Spotify is subject to Spotify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrackGuess is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of TrackGuess.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of TrackGuess shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use TrackGuess.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of TrackGuess after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
